About Module 2 – A Strong Wellbeing Foundation
In this module we will focus on building a strong foundation for your wellbeing by looking at the Eat Element and how to nourish your body for optimal performance. You’ll also learn how to incorporate movement into your workday, and how to strengthen the connection between your mind and body.
To find good wellbeing, we must lay healthy foundations. How confident are you, that you are taking care of your foundational health? Learn about the gut-brain axis in this step.
How aware are you of your stress triggers, what they do to your body – and what you can do to regain control of all this? Let’s look at having movement as part of your toolkit to build good working wellbeing.
