Food is more than fuel! This module focuses on reconnecting with food as a resource to be valued by buying your food locally and thinking about meal planning, budgeting, using up and storing leftovers.


Connecting with where our food comes from helps us make better choices which, in turn, help us have a healthier relationship with our food and the role it plays in our lives.


Reflect on your shopping and eating habits and leave with an appreciation of how you can support your own budgets and the environment through these behaviours.
